3G PITCH UPDATE
The building of the 3G pitch at the Woodspring was scheduled to commence on 30th June, as the club had stated in a previous press release.
Unfortunately due to a couple of legal processes and one minor planning issue we have been unavoidably delayed in our efforts to adhere to this timescale. The club are doing everything possible to overcome these delays and we are now targeting the end of July for the work to commence.
The build process is approximately 13 weeks so this would mean the 3G should completed by the end of October. We know how important this deadline is for all of our teams and the community because this is the date the clocks change.
We aim to keep everyone informed with any additional changes to the schedule, and if the hurdles can be overcome quicker than explained here then we will of course release further updates.
