ACADEMY SENIOR PHASE PRE-SEASON FRIENDLIES CONFIRMED

Our U18’s and U19’s pre-season fixtures have now been confirmed.

Head of Development Phase Craig Graham, Head of Senior Phase Mark McKeever and Head of Academy Simon Panes have been busy behind the scenes preparing the Senior Phase squads ahead of the new season, with the U18 and U19 squads combining together for pre-season fixtures.

The pre-season fixtures are as follows:

21st July – Bishops Lydeard U18s (H – Optima 3G) (7:30PM KO)
28th July – Bishops Cleeve U18s (H – Optima 3G) (7:30PM KO)
3rd August – Gloucester City U18s/U19s (H – Optima 3G) (7:30PM KO)
6th August – Paulton Rovers U18s (H – Optima 3G) (7:30PM KO)
11th August – Paulton Rovers U19s (H – Optima 3G) (7:30PM KO)
18th August – Chippenham Town U18s (H – Optima 3G) (7:30PM KO)
20th August – Bath City U18s/U19s (H – Optima 3G) (2:00PM KO)
25th August – Hartpury (A)

The Western Counties Floodlight Youth League for the U18s squad is due to start in the week commencing 23rd August, while the National League Youth Alliance for the U19s is set to begin in the week commencing 8th September.

The U18s have been drawn away to Cheltenham Saracens in the FA Youth Cup Preliminary Round, to be played in the week commencing 30th August. The victors will be at home in the First Qualifying Round to the victors of the Clevedon Town vs Welton Rovers tie.
