ASH RETURNS ON LOAN

Striker Brad Ash has returned for a fourth spell at The Optima Stadium on an initial one month loan from National League North side Hereford FC.

This move is subject to league acceptance of the loan.

Manager Scott Bartlett said:

We’ve had to be patient with this one but It’s a good signing for us and comes at a good time.

Brad gives us something different, he will get in behind and his work rate for the team is fantastic.

We have been without Nick (suspended), James (injured) and Joel (recalled) recently and have missed someone to stretch the opposition so we are delighted to be able to add a player of Brad’s quality and personality to the squad.

Ash has appeared 118 times and scored 42 goals in Weston colours.
