BOWER RECALLED BY CHELTENHAM TOWN
Before the Bath City game earlier today, centre-back Matt Bower was recalled by EFL League Two side Cheltenham Town due to squad injuries.
The 6’7″ defender joined Weston on loan, originally for a month, back in August and made his debut in a 1 – 1 draw with Oxford City. Matt scored his first goal for the Seagulls in a FA Cup Second Qualifying Round tie against Salisbury FC in September and had his loan extended until January. The 20 year-old then scored his second goal for the Seagulls, this time opening the scoring against Torquay United in October. In his Seagulls career, Matt made 25 appearances across four months at the Woodspring.
Thanks for all you did during your time at the club Matt, and we wish you well in the future.
