BOWER RETURNS ON LOAN
Weston manager Marc McGregor has bolstered his defensive options by resigning centre-back Matt Bower on a month loan from Cheltenham Town.
The 6’7″ defender joined Weston on loan in August and scored his first goal for the club in the FA Cup Second Qualifying Round against Salisbury FC in a 2-2 draw. The 20 year old went on to score against Torquay United in October in another 2-2 draw.
He made 25 appearances and scored two goals in the white shirt of Weston during his previous loan spell.
Upon signing, Matt said: “I’m delighted to be rejoining Weston on loan, looking forward to helping them out and hopefully winning some games”.
