CLUB ACADEMY SEASON KICKS OFF THIS WEEKEND

The Weston-super-Mare AFC Junior Academy teams start their seasons this Saturday, the teams have been working hard over the pre-season in preparation for the new campaign.

Our under 12s travel to North Somerset, new Manager Ben Price hopes to see his team produce a positive performance in their first ever JPL fixture.

The under 13s season starts on Saturday 16th with a fixture at home against Bridgwater. Manager Syd Camper is excited to get the season started as he heads into his second season with this team.

The under 14s are at home to Yate Town Development. Dan Hartley is hoping his team will continue to show the same desire to learn and improve each and every week.

Our under 15s also kick off their season on 16th September, also hosting Bridgwater. Ben Obamwonyi looks to continue the progression his team were making at the end of last season.

Finally our under 16s are playing away to Yeovil Town. Manager Mark Jenkins is keen for his players to show they are ready to make the step up to the club’s under 18s team.
