CLUB TO HOST DONATION CENTRE FOR UKRAINE
Weston-super-Mare AFC will be accepting clothing, food, hygiene essentials and other donations before their game with Swindon Supermarine on Tuesday, 8th March.
These will be sent directly to a humanitarian centre in Lviv, Ukraine.
Supporters Rhys Gregory and Chris Gordon will be in the Somerset Suite Function Room from 6:45pm – 7:45pm where they will collect any donations.
If you are not attending tonight’s game, please hold onto your donations and email supporter Chris Gordon – chrisgordon6693@gmail.com – who will arrange for a suitable time for you to make your donation.
We have spoken to a Humanitarian Centre in Lviv, Ukraine, who have sent us a list of priority items:
- Clothes
- Food (Long shelf life)
- Baby food
- Baby hygiene
- Hygiene essentials (Toothpaste, shower gel etc)
We can only accept donations from the above list.
