FIRST PLAYERS TO BE GIVEN CONTRACTS FOR COMING SEASON

The Club are very pleased to announce the first signings of the new season and wish them every success.
Gethyn Hill who said on signing that he is happy to be part of the squad and hopes he can help them kick on to the play offs. He added that his own personal goal is to be part of a winning side and improving his performances.

George Morris-Edwards. George is a product of the U18 squad and said ‘I’m really pleased to have signed a contract with Weston and am excited to be part of the coming season. Its’ great that I’ve been given the chance to continue my progression with the Club’

Tom Llewellyn another product of the Academy said ‘It feels good to be signing my first ever contract and hopefully the first of many. I’m so excited about the forth coming season and looking forward to it being successful’.
Manager Marc McGregor said ‘I am delighted to have these players in the squad and am sure they will do very well for us. Gethgyn is a proven footballer and goalscorer. We haven’t seen the best of him yet but I expect that to happen this season. George and Tom are learning their trade and gaining experience all the time. The step up to first team football at this level will give them new skills to provide into the squad.

Already signed are Jacob Cane, Jason Pope and Luke Purnell.
