Vincent Harper arrives on a one month loan from Championship side Bristol City, having featured for National League North side Gloucester City earlier on in the 2019-20 campaign.
This deal is subject to FA approval.
Manager Scott Bartlett said:
Vince is a very good player who has been a stand out performer for Gloucester City this season.
“He has blistering pace and can play in a number of positions down the left hand side so will give us good options going into the busy Christmas period. He is also a very good character who was desperate to come and play for us which is important.
“I’d like to thank Gary Probert and Brian Tinnion at Bristol City for trusting us with Vince and welcome him into our fantastic club.
Harper started his career in the Bristol City academy at a young age and progressed through the ranks, starting a two-year scholarship in the summer of 2017.
He signed his first professional contract with Bristol City in the summer, and in July 2019, Harper joined National League North side Gloucester City on loan until January 2020. He was a stand-out performer for the Tigers before being recalled to Ashton Gate last month.
We would like to welcome Vincent to the club and wish him all the best with the Seagulls.
