Weston-super-Mare AFC can announce that following an outstanding loan period, goalkeeper Harry Lee has been recalled by parent club Exeter City.

Since joining on loan at the start of the season, Harry kept eight clean sheets across 20 games for the Seagulls.

Manager Scott Bartlett said:

Harry has done very well and will go on in the game. At 18 years old he has handled the National League South well and is the best teenage goalkeeper I have worked with.

“We respect Exeter’s decision to recall Harry slightly earlier than the January agreement, he is an asset to their club.

“From a personal point of view, he has been a pleasure to work with and we will watch his career with interest”.

Everyone at the club would like to thank Harry for all his efforts during his time with us, as well as Exeter for their co-operation. We would like to wish him all the best for the future.
