JAKE LEE COMMITS HIS FUTURE TO THE SEAGULLS
Ahead of the start of the new season Jake Lee has added to the stability within the squad by committing to a future at the Woodspring Stadium.
Jake has been subject to an approach by Gloucester City who offered him terms. He considered the offer but has decided to stay with the Seagulls. Marc McGregor said, “we are delighted that Jake is staying with us. He had a great season last term and has had to play in a differing roles during pre-season. Jake is an integral part of our squad and his staying is a real boost for the start of our league campaign”
Jake commented, “although I was flattered to have received the offer from Gloucester City I enjoy the way that the gaffer is doing things here. I enjoyed pre-season and I can’t wait to get started in the League on Saturday, there is a great camaraderie among the players, and most of all I enjoy playing for the club.”
