LAIRD PREPARED FOR TEAM EFFORT WHEN FOOTBALL RETURNS

Player-assistant manager Scott Laird is looking forward to football returning and asks for a team effort for the club to be successful.

Manager Scott Bartlett said:

Lairdy’s been great to work with and we are looking forward to the new season.

We want to do well for the football club and work extremely hard to make a good environment for our players.

He’s an infectious character as well as being a very, very good player.

Scott Laird said:

First of all, I hope everyone is staying safe and keeping positive.

We can’t wait to get back and have a successful 20/21 season when it’s right to do so.

There are some exciting things to come.

Since joining the club last summer, Lairdy made 31 appearances for the side and finished as the top scorer in 19/20 with 14 goals, as well as assisting six.

The Club would like to place on record its thanks to The Mortgage Centre for sponsoring Scott during the 2019-20 season.

We look forward to seeing Scott in action again when the new season begins.
