MADDEN LEAVES ON LOAN

Defender Charlie Madden has joined Dorchester Town on loan for the rest of the season.

The deal is subject to Southern League agreement.

Manager Scott Bartlett said:

Charlie has been a little bit unlucky because a number of things have prevented him from having a sustained run in the team.

He had a tight hamstring which gave an opportunity for Knowlesy to come in and establish himself in the team.

I turned Dorchester down a month ago, but things develop quickly and I think it’s the right time now.

Of course we wish him well, he will continue to train with us and we will keep tabs on his progress with the option of a recall.

We wish Charlie all the best for the rest of the season with Dorchester.
