MAIN BUILDING FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS
We are happy to announce some enhancements to our facilities at The Optima Stadium, all thanks to your valuable feedback.
We have been listening to your suggestions, and we’re now ready to share some changes which will improve the matchday experience and increase the facilities available to serve you within the stadium.
Introducing The Sports Lounge
The Club Boardroom has been relocated, allowing us to reconfigure this space into an additional bar called The Sports Lounge. This area can be accessed by supporters from inside the stadium on matchday.
The new Sports Lounge will be providing the following drinks:
- Carlsberg
- Guinness
- Poretti
- San Miguel
- Shipyard
- Thatchers Gold
- Thatchers Haze
Boardroom Relocation
To facilitate the creation of the Sports Lounge, we’ve relocated our Boardroom to a separate area, accessible via the newly named Player’s Lounge.
We hope these investments in our facilities will help improve the matchday experience at The Optima Stadium.
The Club would like to thank all our supporters for their valuable feedback, which has guided us when making these changes.
We would also like to thank our Club staff, maintenance team, and our external contractors for working hard to complete this work in time for our match with Torquay United.
We look forward to welcoming both Weston-super-Mare AFC and Torquay United supporters to the Optima Stadium on Tuesday. Full matchday information about this fixture will be posted later today.
