PREVIEW AND MATCH INFO: WESTON HEAD TO EASTLEIGH IN FA CUP CLASH

Weston face Eastleigh FC this Saturday as we head to the Silverlake Stadium, KO 3.00pm.

Picking up 13 goals in the competition so far, Weston head to Eastleigh in hopes to progress through to the Emirates FA Cup First Round.

A 6-0 victory over Larkhall Athletic saw the Seagulls comfortably soar into the fourth qualifying round, the first time since 2018. That year, Weston beat Bath City in the fourth round seeing us host Wrexham but face a 2-0 defeat, ending our FA Cup run.

National League side Eastleigh join the competition in this round, whilst currently sitting in 8th place in their league table. This is the first time since 2014 that we face the Spitfires.

This fixture is behind closed doors. Please do not travel to the Silverlake Stadium. 

HOW TO WATCH – AT THE OPTIMA

The Club Bar and Boardroom will be streaming our FA Cup tie this Saturday.
50 seats are available and you must prebook – Maximum of 6 people to one table booking.
The bar will be operating a table service system, with food and drink on offer.

HOW TO WATCH – AT HOME

Eastleigh FC are live-streaming the match this Saturday. The game will cost £7.99, with full commentary, and it will enable the supporters to watch the full 90 minutes.

The instructions to purchase the game and watch on Saturday afternoon are as follows:

– Go to the eastleighfc.com website.
– On the left-hand side bar, select the top option – Spitfire TV.
– You will then need to create a login which will be your email address and password (which you will need to put in twice).
– Then select live streaming game pass.
– To watch the game, login to Spitfire TV, you may need to login and type your password and the feed should be up from 2.30pm onwards.
