Weston are back on the road as they travel to the capital to take on Metropolitan Police on Saturday 12th March, 3pm kick-off.
The Seagulls will look to continue their unbeaten run in 2022 after having extended it with a 1-0 win at home to Swindon Supermarine on Tuesdat night,
A late Dayle Grubb free-kick gave Weston a vital three points in the ever-intensifying play-off race.
Saturday’s opponents are currently second and 12 points ahead of Scott Bartlett’s side. Despite the points gap, Weston still have three more games to play than Met Police.
Last time out, Met Police struggled to a 4-1 defeat away to Chesham United. Despite this minor blip, the Police had won four in a row including a 4-0 win at play-off contenders Yate Town.
The last time the two sides met was at the Optima Stadium back in August 2021. A second half Bernard Tanner goal was enough to give Met Police a 1-0 win and all three points.
