TAUNTON GAME TO BE PLAYED AT KEYNSHAM

Due to The Optima Stadium pitch being judged unplayable after a pitch inspection today, our Somerset Premier Cup fixture versus Taunton Town will be played at The AJN Stadium, a 3G surface, home of Keynsham Town Football Club.

The match will kick-off at 7:45 PM.

Director and Football Secretary, Richard Sloane, said:

Its never easy negotiating for pitches at short notice but thankfully Keynsham Town have been great in assisting us.

“The AJN Stadium is the closest 3G available to The Optima Stadium with the correct facilities to host a Somerset Cup game.

“Somerset FA are very pleased we have been able to find a venue to keep the Premier Cup schedule on track.”
