THE SEAGULLS FLOCK TO DOVER FOR NATIONAL LEAGUE SOUTH CLASH

Weston are back on the road this weekend as they make the trip to Dover Athletic this Saturday, 25th November. The match at the Crabble kicks off at 3pm.

The Seagulls head to the Kent coast in confident mood after picking up three valuable points at St Albans City on Tuesday night, as James Morton’s spectacular long-range effort saw Weston return home from Clarence Park with the win.

Dover were also in midweek action as they hosted Eastbourne Borough in the pouring rain on Tuesday. The match finished 1-1 after the Kent side equalised through Dontai Stewart. This proved to be Dover’s ninth draw of the National League South season, more than any other side in the division.

This weekend, Weston will be looking for a repeat of their last visit to Crabble. In September 2013, The Seagulls fell behind to a Ricky Modeste goal, but turned the game around to claim an excellent 2-1 win against the eventual play-off winners after strikes from Tristan Plummer and Naby Diallo.
