TINDLE LOOKING FORWARD TO LEADING OUT THE SEAGULLS AGAIN

Skipper Greg Tindle signed a long-term deal from Chippenham Town last summer and the experienced defender is loving life as a Seagull.

Manager Scott Bartlett said:

Greg was a great signing for us last summer and we can’t wait to get back in and get going again.

He was a good influence on the group and leads by example.

Greg said:

I think everyone is like myself, chomping at the bit to get back to football.

The management have assembled a very strong squad at the back end of last year and we were stopped in our tracks during a fruitful run of form.

Hopefully we can hit the ground running and be where we want and know we should be from the start.

The Club would like to place on record its thanks to John & Jacqui Slocombe for sponsoring Greg during the 2019-20 season.

The skipper made 33 appearances during his first season in BS24, scoring two goals which included a wonder strike against Walton Casuals in February.

We are delighted that Greg will lead the team out again next season.
