TUNNICLIFF EXTENDS LOAN

Weston-super-Mare AFC are pleased to announce that left-back Will Tunnicliff has extended his loan from Taunton Town until January.

Since arriving during the middle of August, Will has made six appearances and found the net with a lovely strike against Plymouth Parkway on Bank Holiday Monday.

On extending Will’s loan, Manager Scott Bartlett said:

Lairdy and I think Will has done really well and adds some depth to our back line.

“He’s settled in really well and is enjoying himself.

“He’s a big powerful boy that can play in two or three positions for us.

“With Popey a few weeks away and with the schedule ahead and us still being in cup competitions, it was important we added and we are delighted to have him”.

We are delighted that Will has extended his loan with us for the next few months.
