WESTON HEAD TO TIVERTON
Weston are on the road again as they travel to Devon to take on Tiverton Town on Wednesday 9th February, 7:45pm kick off.
The Seagulls come into this game off the back of a well-fought 1-1 draw away to fellow playoff contenders Yate Town, with Sam Avery scoring the goal to secure a point
Tiverton most recently also drew 1-1 away from home, at Dorchester Town, requiring a late equaliser to take a point back to Devon.
Scott Bartlett’s side are currently sixth in the table, three points off the playoffs with three games in hand on Gosport Borough.
Wednesday’s opponents are currently sat in 17th and are 21 points behind Weston.
The last time both sides met was back in August 2021 at the Optima Stadium where goals from Scott Laird and Nick McCootie gave the Seagulls a 2-2 home draw on a sunny Bank Holiday Monday.
