Weston Manager Scott Bartlett said:
We are delighted to be able to host Bristol City this pre season, we have been discussing it previously but it didn’t look possible until the change in situation over the last few days.
“Although at a reduced capacity it gives our supporters an opportunity to get back into the stadium and it also allows us to increase our capacity to 30% for the next home games against Bath, Yeovil and Hereford.
“It will of course be a huge test for us but one we are looking forward to.
“I’d like to thank Dean Holden, Gary Probert and everyone behind the scenes for helping us organise this at short notice.
“Its been a long time coming and although it’s not going to be perfect yet, myself and the players look forward to welcoming you back to The Optima Stadium”.
Social distancing guidelines must be adhered to at all times whilst inside The Optima Stadium.
