WESTON TRAVEL TO SWINDON
Weston are back on the road as they travel to Swindon Supermarine for a Southern League South encounter on Saturday 18th December, 3pm kick-off.
Most recently, the Seagulls played host to Walton Casuals. A Dayle Grubb brace was separated by a Dan Rowe goal but Weston defended excellently to secure a 2-1 victory.
Swindon will be looking for a third consecutive win after beating Salisbury at home and Gosport away.
Supermarine are currently 15th in the league table and have amassed 25 points at this point of the season. Scott Bartlett’s Weston side are 6th, just one place outside the play offs. The Seagulls have 34 points.
The last time the two sides met in the league was back in November 2019. Saturday’s hosts weathered a second-half comeback and saw the game out to win 3-2.
