Weston are back on the road in the Vanarama National League South as they make the midweek trip to Dartford this Tuesday, October 31st. The match kicks off at 7:45pm.

The Seagulls will head to Kent in confident mood following Saturday’s 1-1 draw with Maidstone United at the Optima Stadium. Weston equalised in the second-half as Reuben Reid scored his third goal in two games, in a performance that earned the striker a place in the Non-League Paper National League South team of the week.

Facing Reid and his Weston team-mates is a Dartford side who come into this game on the back of a 2-1 defeat at Hemel Hempstead. The Darts, managed by the vastly-experienced Alan Dowson, took the lead at Vauxhall Road with a penalty from Luke Coulson but The Tudors turned it around to deny The Darts anything from the game.

Following Saturday’s results, Dartford are 13th in the league table, a point above The Seagulls.

It has been four and a half years since The Seagulls and The Darts last faced each other, On that occasion, Weston defeated Dartford 3-1 at the Optima after a goal from George Nurse and a brace from Marlon Jackson. Earlier in that season, Dartford beat Weston 2-1 at Princes Park as Gethyn Hill grabbed Weston’s consolation goal.
