Weston host Bristol City U18s in a friendly on the Woodspring Stadium 3G training pitch this Tuesday evening.

The likes of Luke Purnell and Jacob Cane are unlikely to be risked, with Tom Llewellyn, George Morris-Edwards, Alex Byrne and Eli Phipps all hopeful of putting in a positive performance if given the chance with a big FA Cup Fourth Qualifying Round tie against Bath City on the horizon.

In the City U18s squad, they have the son of former Seagulls manager Mickey Bell, Sam Bell, as well as the son of former Bath City and Torquay United gaffer Gary Owers, Joshua Owers, within their ranks. Recently, Joseph Hall and Kieran Smith turned out for Bath in their recent Somerset Premier Cup win over Bishops Lydeard, the latter assisting the former in a 3 – 2 victory.

The game kicks off at 19:30 on the Woodspring Stadium 3G training pitch, behind the main stadium, with admission free for all supporters.
