YOUNGSTERS HEAD TO WILLAND ON LOAN

Young forwards Ben Griffith and Bailey Kempster have both linked up with Southern League Division One South side Willand Rovers on loan until January.

Griffith has previous experience with Willand, joining them on loan for a month last October. In his time at the club, he scored one and created another in three games for Russell Jee’s men.

Kempster also spent time on loan at Willand last season up until the November lockdown, scoring once and assisting once in nine games for the Devon club.

On the two temporary outgoings, Manager Scott Bartlett said:

It’s a great loan move for them.

“I’ve had to hold them back a bit because of our injury situation which I’ve not been happy about so I’m delighted to get this done for them.

“I went to Willand a few weeks ago, it’s a great setup and a good place for them to go and get some games”.
